The MINTernship Programme
To address the shortage of skilled labor in STEM (in German: MINT) and to promote international exchange in the university context, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) has initiated the MINTernship program. It is aimed at high-performing students and PhD students of STEM subjects at KIT and international partner universities and enables intercultural as well as professional exchange between top-class research institutions. The funded research stays at the foreign partner universities are exempt from tuition fees and financed by scholarships.
